- Your order will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days after it has been processed.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the incorrect item, we will accept the return and arrange for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect orders. We do not accept returns for other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
