Cancellation Policy
We may agree to cancel or change an order in exceptional circumstances. This is done only if we receive a cancellation notice within 6 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation usually takes 24-48 hours after confirmation of your order by calling 1800 209 1901 or emailing us at care@ezeperfumes.com.
If your order has already been dispatched but is yet to be delivered, you can refuse to accept it while delivery is attempted. The refund will be processed as per the policies mentioned for prepaid or COD orders.
