Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a replacement or a refund.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the incorrect item, we will accept the return and arrange for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
