Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation or advance payment confirmation (for Partial COD orders).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product launches, or other peak periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Tier II & Tier III Cities: 3–6 business days

Remote & Difficult-to-Service Locations: 5–8 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Orders eligible for promotional free shipping will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) is available for select products and serviceable PIN codes.
For Partial COD orders:

A small advance payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

The remaining order amount is payable at the time of delivery.
Our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified or where the required advance payment is not completed may be cancelled.
If a Partial COD order is refused at delivery, repeatedly remains undeliverable, or is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, Eze Perfumes reserves the right to restrict or discontinue the Partial COD payment option for future purchases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any available communication channel along with your tracking details.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment until delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
To ensure successful delivery, please:

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Share a valid mobile number that is reachable during delivery.

Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged, Missing or Tampered Packages
We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened upon delivery, we recommend that you either:

Refuse to accept the shipment, or

Record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our Customer Support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Serviceable Locations
Eze Perfumes currently ships to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your location by our logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you and process a full refund for any amount paid.
International Shipping
At present, Eze Perfumes ships only within India.
