All online perfume sales on the Eze Perfume website are final. We do not accept returns on anything apart from manufacturing defects or damage during transportation. In case of any defect, reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving and opening the product via email, call, or WhatsApp.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or if you receive an incorrect item so we can resolve it quickly.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund

We will notify you once your item is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credits.
